Businesses with over 5 employees and residential property with communal or shared space will require a Fire Risk Assessment.

As required by the Regulatory Reform ( Fire Safety) Order 2005, the responsible person / duty holder must carry out a Fire Safety Risk Assessment and implement and maintain a Fire Management Plan.

NEBOSH Qualified Local Assessors will inspect your site, Identify potential risks and will create a detailed FRA in PAS 79 Format which will identify the solutions needed to improve the Fire Safety within your premises.
